7 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. salt

2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 dill head

A: Mix together and let stand for 1 hour.

B: Heat until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.

C: Drain excess liquid from cucumbers. Pour cooled vinegar solution over cucumbers. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 1month.
