Crust:
1-1/2 C. flour
3/4 C. melted butter
1/2 C. powdered sugar

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Fresh Fruit for Topping:
Whatever you prefer (Sliced Bananas, Blueberries, Pineapple, Raspberries,
Sliced Strawberries, Sliced Grapes)

Fruit Glaze:
1 C. pineapple juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 C. sugar mixed with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix crust ingredients together and pat onto a pizza pan (a bar or cake pan will work too). Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Allow to cool after removed from oven.

Filling:
Cream the cream cheese and sugar together, stir in vanilla extract until smooth. When the crust is cool, spread filling evenly on crust.

Fruit topping:
Arrange fresh fruit on top of filling. I like bananas, blueberries, pineapple, and strawberries. I cut them in small pieces so they don't fall off when you cut the pizza.

Fruit Glaze:
Combine the ingredients together in a small saucepan. Cook the glaze until it has thickened. Allow glaze to cool a little. Pour glaze evenly on top of fruit and over the top of the pizza.

Place pizza in the refrigerator to chill. To serve, cut into pieces.
