2 lb. veal, cubed
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal. Add onion and celery and continue to cook until veggies are tender. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place mixture in a greased casserole pan. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.
