16 oz box angel food cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
1 C. finely shredded coconut
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. butter, softened
2-1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
lemon zest, if desired for garnish

Directions:

Bars:
Mix dry angel food cake mix with pie filling and coconut. Do not add any other liquid! Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Frosting:
Blend ingredients together and spread evenly on cooled bars. Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
Refrigerate overnight.
