1 med Head Cabbage - finely chopped
1 cup Celery
1 cup Carrots
1 med Onion - sauted in 3/4 stick margarine
2 Qt. Water
5 cubes Chicken Boullion
2 Potatoes - chopped
16oz. american Processed Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese, and cook slowly for one hour or until vegetables are tender. Just before serving add cheese.
