3 (16 oz.) cans whole green beans, drained
1 lb. sliced bacon
1 can beef consomme soup
1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap 6 to 8 green beans in 1/2 slice bacon. Lay in 9"x 13" baking dish. Arrange in neat rows. Pour soup over beans. Sprinkle with mushrooms. Pepper to taste. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. May want to broil an additional minute if you want bacon crisp. Makes 8 generous servings.
