1 clove garlic (more is better)
1 piece celery (3 to 4 inches)
1/2 medium onion
1 (2-oz.) can flat anchovy fillets
3 eggs
1 large tsp. Accent
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. salad mustard
2 c. salad oil
2 T. lemon juice

Peel and slice garlic. Dice onion and celery. Place in blender or food processor with all other ingredients, except eggs and oil. Blend well. Add eggs and blend. Add oil 1/4 cup at a time - blending after each addition. Refrigerate until ready to use.
