1 3/4 cup Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
2 T. Shortening
2/3 cup Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Add water gradually and mix. Knead until smooth, cover and let dough rise 5 min. Roll into 12x15" rectangle about 1/8" thick. Cut in 2-3" squares and drop in very hot oil. Turn several times to make puff evenly.
