1 can solid pie cherries w/juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tblsp. tapioca
1/4 teasp. almond extract
pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
mix all and let stand 15 minutes. Add a dash of salt, pour into crust, dot with 1 Tbsp. butter, top w/crust, slit. Sprinkle top with sugar and bake 30-40 minutes at 425.
