3 cups Flour
1 t. Soda
1 t. Salt
3 T. Cinnamon
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Pumpkin
4 Eggs - beaten
1 1/4 cups Mazola Oil
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place all dry ingredients in large bowl. With spoon, make a deep will in center. Into well, add all other ingredients. stir carefully - just enough to danpen all the dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake @ 350 for one hour.

Note: 1/2 cup raisins may be added or substituted for nuts.
