2 c. flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 c. dried cranberries

Topping:
5 tbsp butter
5 tbsp sugar

Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients. Spoon onto baking sheet. Glaze with sugar & butter mixture while warm
