4 TBL DRIED ONION
1 # BURGER
TOPPING;
8 tbl ketchup
16 tbl shredded cheese

COMBINE EGGS,OATS, KETCHUP AND ONION.. CRUMBLE BEEF OVER MIXTURE AND MIX WELL
BAKE AT 400' FOR ABOUT 15 MIN SPRINKLE W/ CHEESE AND BAKE FOR 5 MIN LONGER. LET STAND FOR 5 MIN BEFORE REMOVING FROM MUFFIN PAN
