Italian Beef Recipe

1 5-6 lb. Beef Roast
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Oregano Flakes
3/4 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Beef Bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Basil
1 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/4 c Pepperoncini Juice, optional

Place everything, except the Pepperoncini juice, in a large crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or overnight. Remove the meat and shred, returning to the crock pot. Add the Pepperocini juice a few mintues before serving. Serve on French Bread.

I omit the Pepperocini juice.
Leftovers can be frozen.
