3 Eggs
1 C Sugar
2/3 C Pumpkin
3/4 C Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Filling

1 C 10x Sugar
4 Tbsp. Butter
1 pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 Grease jelly roll pan line with wax paper and grease

For Roll:

Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle towel with 10X sugar. Flip roll onto towel, remove wax paper, roll again and cool for 10-15 minutes.

Filling:

Mix all ingredients. Spread on cooled roll and re-roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
