2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cans (10 3/4 oz size) cans of cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
2-8 oz. pkgs shredded cheddar cheese
Italian bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake covered for the first 20 minutes @ 350 then uncovered for 40 minutes more, or until bubbly.
