"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

A little salt and pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the eggs and beat with a fork. Add flour a little at a time until it becomes hard to stir. Dough should not be sticky. Sprinkle flour on a bread board. Take half of the dough and knead it into the flour on the board. Flatten with hands, turning it over to be sure it doesn't stick to board. Finish by rolling with a rolling pin which has been rubbed with flour. When flattened, cut with noodle cutter or mincer. Separate noodles and drop in boiling soup. Stir occasionly. Boil about 15 minutes.
