1 good sized arm roast or swiss cut of round

Merinating Sauce
1 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
3 T lemon juice
2 T instant minced onion
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp marjoram
2 heaping T cracked pepper corns
3 or 4 Bay leaves crushed

Directions:

Pierce both sides with large fork and sprinkle generously with adolphs unseasoned tenderizer. Put in mixture for at least 4 hours turn every 1/2 hour.

Cook on coals 18 min each side
