1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix Milk, flour and eggs. Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Deep fry with a rosette iron. Allow to cool on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar, powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar while still warm!!
