1 8-ounce package cream chjeese,
soften
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 10-inch unbaked pastry shell
3 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, vanilla and salt; blend until smooth and cream. Spread in pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Combine remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Pour over cream cheese mixture and pecans. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is firm to touch.
Yield 8 servings
