1 c. elbow noodles
1lb. peeled shrimp tails
1/4 c. chopped sweet peppers
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 cup chopped cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
1/2 tsp pepper sauce
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in salt water, rinse and set aside to cool. Boil shrimp in seafood boil. Blend together mayonnaise, Lea & Perrin sauce, pepper sauce & salt. Mix well with sweet peppers, celery, onions, cheese, noodles and shrimp. Refrigerate, serve cold. Shrimp can be chopped if you desire smaller pieces.
