1 stick of unsalted butter
2 tbsp. of milk
1/4 cup of cocoa OR 2 squares of baker's chocolate
1 box of 10X powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add powdered sugar and stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Ice cake VERY quickly as this fudge will harden fast!

This ices 1 triple layer yellow cake. Although it can also be poured into a pan. It makes an excellent, quick hard fudge.
