1 1/2 lbs. round steak
flour
1 med. onion - chopped
3 T chopped green pepper
3 T oil
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 C water
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Shake flour onto steak and pound it in. Cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Brown meat on both sides in oil. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
