2-4 pounds of skirt steak (or flap steak)

Seasoning salt

Trim off excess fat from skirt steak (time consuming), season with Seasoning Salt

Grill on BBQ for 3-4 minutes a side

Chop up the meat into bite size strips of meat.

Serve with taco shells, salsa, cheese, lettuce, anything you like to stuff inside.

Salsa: we do pico de gallo

Tomatoes, chopped
Onion, chopped
Jalapenos, seeded and chopped
Cilantro, chopped
Garlic, 1/2 tsp
Cumin, 1/2 tsp
Oregano, 1/2 tsp
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Lemon juice from one lemon©
Refrigerate.

I love my husband's Pico de gallo. Unfortunately, everything is "to taste" on the seasonings. You can make this TOO spicy but try your hand at it and make it to your family's taste by adding a little bit at a time.
