4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
32 oz of your favorite salsa (we use Pace, buy a big jug at Costco)

Cooked rice
Large can of black beans

Directions:
Directions:
Place uncooked chicken in a crock pot (or slow cook on stovetop), pour salsa over and cook for 3 hours

Cook white rice
Leave black beans undrained

When chicken is thoroughly cooked (it falls apart), place cooked rice on your plate, pour some black beans on top, place chicken and salsa on top and go to town eating!
