1 lb. Cheddar Cheese - grated
1 cup pecans - chopped
1 small onion - grated
1 cup mayonnaise - Hellman's
Black pepper and paprika to taste
1 small jar Strawberry Preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except preserves. Form a ring, put preserves in the middle. Serve with Ritz crackers.
