Grind ingredients as needed, mix, then keep in refigerator in sealed container.
Use 1/2-1 cup per serving. Soak for at least 30 minutes (overnight is OK). You can use milk, soymilk, nutmilk, water. To increase the protein value eat with yogurt (cow or goat) or stir in some tofu. You can heat it slightly but don't cook at high heat.

Personal Notes:
This is an OLD recipie passed down form Dr. John Bastyr and modified over time. The Milk Thistle is good for protecting the liver from toxins, the lecithin helps to emulisify fats and cholesterol, the flax seed is and Omega Fatty Acid and is wonderful for the skin, the grains provide carbohydrates and protein and the nuts provide protein as well. The dried berries are an excellent source of flavonoids which are good for strengthening blood vessels in the body.
Enjoy!
