3 cups cubed raw potato
2 eggs
1/2 small onion
1/2 t salt
dash pepper
2 T flour
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs, onion, salt, pepper, flour, milk and 1 cup of the potatoes into blender. Cover. Turn on low until potatoes are grated. Add remaining potatoes, 1 cup at a time and blend as before. Drop by tablespoons onto hot, well greased griddle or skillet. Brown on both sides. Serve with applesauce or jelly or as an accompaniment to pot roast or braised short ribs. Makes 12.
