1 1/2 - 2 cups mashed potatoes (left-over)
1 egg
2 T milk
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Take mashed potatoes and form into patties. Dip each patty in the milk and egg mixture. Cover with flour. Cook patties in hot grease until well browned. Drain on paper towels.
