1/2 stick margarine
1 T olive oil
1 whole garlic clove (sliced)
1/2 purple onion (sliced)
1 yellow squash (sliced thin)
1 green squash (sliced thin)
1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)
1 habanero pepper (chopped)
2 tomatoes (sliced thin)
1/2 t salt
1 T black pepper
Feta cheese
Parmesan cheese
Fettuccine noodles (or your favorite noodles)

Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, squashes and peppers in the melted margarine and olive oil; season to taste. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Serve pasta in individual bowls and pour vegetables over and sprinkle the cheeses on top. May be served with other meat dishes or you may slice Italian sausage and cook in with the vegetables.
