10 lb. potatos
1 jar of dill pickles
12 eggs
1 jar of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper
3 tbsp pickle juice
1 small can sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatos with skin on until soft in the middle.
Hard boil eggs. Peel potatos and eggs. Cut up potatos and eggs in large bowl. Dice pickles, add to potatos and eggs. Add the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika and bacon bits (if desired). Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 to 5 hours.
