1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bell pepper in margarine. Combine milk and soup and stir until smooth. Add to bell peppers. Add chicken and pimento. When mixture is hot, serve over cooked rice.
