1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. chicken breast, chopped
1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and stir in crushed Ritz crackers. Line bottom of casserole dish with crushed crackers -- saving a small amount to sprinkle on top. Layer chicken on top of crackers. Mix broth, soup, and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers on top and bake 30 minutes in 350º oven. Serve with fresh green salad and rolls.
