1 cup oleo, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
9 medium sweet potatoes, baked, peeled, and mashed
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oleo, sugars, salt and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed till creamy. Add sweet potatoes and beat till smooth. Add eggs and beat until blended. Gradually add milk and vanilla beating well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until set. Cool.
