Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 C oil
1 t baking soda
2 C sugar
2 t vanilla
1/4 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 T cinnamon
2 C peeled, grated zucchini
3 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Put into two greased bread pans. Bake at 325 for one hour.
