2 loaves of French bread
1 stick of butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tbls. Minced garlic
3 bags (10 ozs.) fresh baby spinach (cooked in a small amount of water and chopped)
1 tbls. Of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
8 ozs. Of cream cheese
16 ozs. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread lengthwise and put on a baking sheet. Melt butter in saucepan; sauté onions and minced garlic until tender. Add chopped spinach and heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Taste, add more if necessary. Add cream cheese, stir until melted. Spoon on halves of French bread and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and cheese is melted.
