6 large potatoes
cup oil
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes well, peel if desired. Cut into strips. Combine oil, cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a large plastic bag. Add potatoes and shake to coat. Spread strips on two cookie sheets in single layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring once. From Nancy Danielson
