2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed or freshly peeled and grated potatoes
cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 Tbsp dried onion flakes or fresh onions, chopped
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups crushed cornflakes
cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and cup butter. Put in an oiled 9x13 pan. Cover with cornflakes and cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. From Nancy Danielson
