Ingredients:  
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup cream or canned milk
Juice of an orange or 2 Tbsp frozen orange juice
1-3 cups rhubarb
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites for meringue

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Make meringue out of the 3 egg whites. Put meringue on top of pie and brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.
