1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 cups warm water
Meat (chicken or ham)
Potatoes, diced
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, egg, salt, and water in a bowl, knead well. Cover and let stand. Cook meat with onions, add diced potatoes. Add water to cover meat and potatoes. Roll out dough to paper thin, roll up loosely as for cinnamon rolls. Cut in 3 inch lengths. Lay on top of meat and potatoes. Cover, cook for 30 minutes at medium heat; reduce heat and cook another 15 minutes. Do not uncover while cooking. From Mrs. Harold Dockter.
