1 1/2 C. crushed graham crackers
1/2 C. sugar, divide
6 Tbsp melted butter
12 oz. Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 C. Cool Whip
2 C. boiling water
1 pkg (8-serving size) Strawberry flavor sugar-free jello
1 1/2 C. cold water
2-8.4 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 C. of sugar and butter together. Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 baking sheet. Set aside.
Beat Neufchatel cheese with remaining 1/4 C. of sugar and milk until smooth.Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread over crust and refrigerate.
Stir boiling water into jello and stir for at least 2 minutes, until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours until slightly thickened. Stir in orange segments. Spoon over Neufchatel cheese layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
