1 box of elbow macaroni
1 stick of margarine
1/2 cup shredded monster cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Monterey jack
2 cups of half and half cream
1 cup of velveta cheese (cubed)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven in 350 degrees, lightly butter 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Cook macaroni in salted water 7 to 8 minutes - drain. Melt margarine and place in macaroni, add half and half, cheese, eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Baked approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
