2 cups cooked rice
3 cups sweet cream or whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup raisins
Nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, milk, and sugar together. Add beaten eggs to rice mixture. Add raisins and vanilla. Stir to blend. Place in a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees until firm.
