1 lb. lump crab meat
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. snipped chives
1 egg
1 tbsp. old bay seasoning
1 tbsp. chopped jalapeņo pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. worchestire sauce
1 cup unflavored breadcrumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, lightly shaped into crab cakes. You may either bake in oven at 400 degrees and lightly spray the pan and fry.
