1 lb pork (or chicken)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can pork and beans
cup raisins
1 onion sliced
6 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp boullion cube
2 Tbs. soy sauce
4 Tbs. oil

Cut meat into cubes. Prepare to cook it by heating oil then adding garlic, onion, and bell pepper. After a few minutes add meat. Stir until brown. Add tomato sauce, pineapple, pork and beans and raisins. Cook on medium to low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Add boullion cubes and heat till dissolved. Serve over rice. This recipe is from the Philippines.
