2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth (or chicken boullion with water)
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbs chopped green onion (or dried chives)

Directions:
In a medium stock pot slowly heat chicken broth and cornstarch. Stir constantly until thickened. Pour beaten egg in broth and stir very gently in order to break up egg. Remove from heat immediately. Dish up and garnish with green onions.
