Melted butter
32 Graham crackers, crushed
2 Tbs. unflavored gelatin, softened in ½ cup water
1 ¼ cup condensed milk
2 cups water
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
6 bananas, sliced diagonally

Mix crushed graham crackers and with enough butter to make a crust (can add sugar too). Divide into thirds and press 1/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a square pan. Lay half of the sliced bananas over crust. In a saucepan, dissolve the gelatin and wither with the milk and eggs. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add the vanilla. Pour half over the bananas. Let cool until half set. Layer again with the graham crackers and bananas and flan and then the remaining graham crackers on top. Chill and serve.
