1 cup heavy cream
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup Splenda
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon crushed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Melt chocolate either in a microwave or double boiler.

Mix together ricotta cheese, almond extract, salt and Splenda. Slowly add a small amount of chocolate into the cheese mixture until all chocolate is incorporated well with cheese. Fold in whipped cream. Do not stir.

Divide mixture between eight small dessert dishes. Sprinkle nuts over each dish before serving.
