2 - 15.25 oz cans Fiesta Style Black Beans
1- 15 oz can corn, drained
2 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c chopped scallions (optional)
1/2 c salsa (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. In a 9" round glass pan, mash beans with potato masher. Spread corn evenly over beans. Top with shredded cheese and scallions. Bake 10 miuntes or until bubbling at edges. Let stand 5 minutes and top with salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
