Directions:
In a small bowl or measuring cup stir Grand Mamier, sugar and lemon juice until sugar is mostly dissolved. Set aside. Chop apples and put into a large glass bowl, add mandarin oranges, grapes, and walnuts. Add grand marnier mixture and toss gently until fruit is well coated. Refrigerate at least one hour. Just before serving, toss fruit again and add banana, toss gently and serve immediately. Looks great in glass bowl. Can also be served in individual glass bowls. Refrigerate leftovers which get better while marinating, even though the fruit gets a little dark it is even more delicious! Goes great with holiday dinners, poultry, lamb, pork and beef. Serves 8.
