Ingredients:  
3 cups of chopped bell peppers and onions
1 lb country ham
2 - 15oz cans dark red kidney beans
2 - 8oz can tomatoe sauce
garlic powder
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bell pepper and onion in a sauce pan or skillet, dice country ham and add to sauted mixture. Add kidney beans and tomatoe sauce to mixture. Let simmer for about 25 minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder as desired.

Serve over rice

Optional:
May also add sliced smoked sausage
